Somatic movement helps to heal, paving a pathway to peace,
while you learn to express
with your body, mind, and soul
I offer body-based experiences through one-on-one coaching sessions,
breath work, meditation, movement,
yoga, dance, and touch therapy
Depending on your comfort level,
you can journey with me and join a woman’s circle,
attend a group gathering,
or register for a restorative retreat
