Somatic Practice is based on the principle: When there are no words, the body speaks.

These practices are mind-body approaches focusing on physical sensations to release stored emotional trauma, stress, and tension, helping reconnect the mind and body for healing and regulation. 

Somatic movement helps to heal, paving a pathway to peace, while you learn to connect with your body, mind, and soul.

I offer body-based experiences through one-on-one breath work, meditation, movement, yoga, dance, and touch therapy, or depending on your comfort level, you can join a woman’s circle, attend a group gathering, or register for a restorative retreat.

I will design a program  that works best for you and your path for healing.
