Somatic Practices

Somatic Practices is a working within the body to bring balance. When there are no words, the body speaks. If someone has trauma within the body, I have found that a variety of somatic movement helps to heal and give the pathway to peace within while you learn to connect with your body, mind and soul.
I offer body based experiences through breath work, meditation, movement, yoga, dance, and touch therapy.

Depending on the style that works best for you, we can work one on one in a variety of settings, join a women’s circle, attend a group gathering or get away on a restorative retreat.

I will design a program container that works best for you and your own path to healing.
