Why we Gather

Gatherings are the heartbeat of a healthy lifestyle. Whether it is around the table for a meal, at the beach near the waters edge, walking at sunset, meeting in a coffee shop, or experiencing a retreat which nourishes the soul; I find gathering together with others is a gift for essential living.

We were created to connect and share love in this life. Everyone has their own compass and does life a little differently. This is the joy of uniqueness and individual creativity. Wherever we are on our journey, each one of us has the Invitation from God to live wholeheartedly. It is a gift to share time and space with others. This simply refreshes the mind, body, and soul.

I am passionate and I come alive with joy when I “get to” have the honor to curate any type of gathering for others. My intention is to cultivate community offerings for honest, authentic and true belonging!

Here in San Clemente, CA, we’re creating safe spaces for women to gather, exhale, peel back the layers, and experience a nourishing environment for HER.

Here at our Nourish Her Soul Gatherings, you are invited to join us for an afternoon to refresh and revive yourself as we offer new rhythms from the ancient practice of prayer, movement, and breath work for women
