BREATHE: Engaging in pure breathwork designed to create the environment of listening within, building awareness, and birthing compassionate courage
MOVEMENT: This is an essential part of God’s artistic expression of a woman’s femininity and beauty
PRAYER: A sacred practice and ancient ritual that has been used by many different traditions, cultures, and religions to connect to God, the Divine Holy One
