Koufonisia is a set of 2 islands:
Ano Koufonisi and Kato Koufonisi.
Ano Koufonisi is the lively one, where hotels, restaurants, bars and sights are located;
Kato Koufonisi is on the other hand, is an uninhabited islet that can only be approached by boat from Ano Koufonisi.
Koufonisia lies in the heart of the Aegean Sea, between Naxos and Amorgos. They belong to the famous island group of the Cyclades and, more specifically, to the Small Cyclades group.
These two small islands are so different from one another, but they both offer some of the most spectacular landscapes you will come across in Greece!
Whitewashed walls stand out against Mediterranean skies, while you relax your soul in the sun kissed terrain of Greece.
