We engage with music, movement, poetry,
listening to the holy scriptures,
participating in breathwork,
and sensory somatics
All is designed to bring healing to your heart
We will have a time of sharing in
Our Woman’s Circle,
guided creativity, time to choose stillness,
writing, moving, processing, walking, embodied experiences, creating, listening
personal discovery
Together with an organic lunch
